Detailed design includes the following

Basic Process design package is converted into detailed engineering and drawings/ documents by concerned specialist engineer that leads to identification and specification of equipments and materials for procurement.

Instrumentation & Control Engineering

  • Development of P& IDs.
  • Preparation of detailed drawings such as Instrument loop diagrams, logic diagrams, Bill of materials, Instrument specifications (Data sheets), Input/Output Lists and Functional Specifications for PLC/DCS/SCADA systems.
  • Technical Bid Analysis.
  • Equipment manufacturer's submittal review.
  • Cable Block Diagrams, Cable schedules & Interconnection wiring diagrams.
  • Preparation of Instrument Control Panel wiring diagrams.
  • Installation and Commissioning Package including hook-up diagrams.
  • Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals.


Programming/Configuration

  • Graphics development for PLC/DCS/SCADA systems pertain to different manufacturers.
  • Power Plant Performance Calculations

Instrumentation and Controls - Specialty Services

  • Design review services in co-ordination with Design consulting Engineer, owner and the contractor to verify detailed engineering drawings/documents to ensure that the design package meets the intent of specifications, standards and the overall Project goals. This additional design review will provides cost & coordination time savings for the Project and minimizes the delays in project construction Schedule.

  • Supervision services Instrumentation & Control System's for Installation and commissioning.

  • Feasibility studies for upgrading of Instrumentation & Control Systems of existing Plants or its expansion.

  • Third Party Inspection/testing of Instrumentation & Control Systems at Manufacturer's Facilities.
