Typically outsourcing of project work to us will save considerable amount of project engineering cost to Clients. Pricing of services is based on comprehensive understanding of total scope of work, volume of the project and complexity of work.
Lump Sum Price and Fixed Time Approach
We need a detailed project description from the Client. ICES will study the initial scope of work document, get clarifications if needed and confirm the scope of work with Client. ICES will then provide the budget and time frame. Project work will start upon receipt of concurrence on our project cost-estimate and Schedule. This approach may be needed for fixed projects that require minimum involvement with the Client.
